EXPLAINING THE AGREEMENTS

This document provides an informal non-binding explanation of two legal agreements to be signed by participants in Arica^® group trainings by Oscar Ichazo.

PARTICIPANT LIMITED LICENSE AGREEMENT

You understand Oscar Ichazo is the author of all the material used in the training and that it is protected by copyright and trademarks in the USA and internationally. You agree that by participating in the training you may only use the material for your personal education and have no rights to it for any other purpose. You agree you may not teach or transmit any of the material to any other person without express case-by-case permission granted in writing by The Oscar Ichazo Foundation or Arica Institute.

You agree you will not copy, scan, draw, reproduce, or make available any of the material including images in any form or format including in printed form or online or in social media, for any purpose without the express permission of The Oscar Ichazo Foundation or Arica Institute.

You may discuss these materials with other graduates of the same training. You agree you will not discuss, disclose, give away, loan, or transfer any of the material including printed material, images and orally-provided information to anyone else in any form without specific permission granted by The Oscar Ichazo Foundation or Arica Institute.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You agree to release Arica Institute, The Oscar Ichazo Foundation, the training Sponsor and Partners from any liability for any injury or damages that might occur during or after participating in the training including while traveling to or from training venue.

You state you have no impairment that would prevent your participation, including exercises and processes that may be part of the training curriculum.

You assume all risk in case of injury or damages and agree to hold harmless and not to sue any of the parties involved, even for possible negligence.
