We do not share the information outside the Arica School, and within the School only with those people or teams who need the information to support getting you a scholarship. In the case of sponsored OIF trainings (e.g,, <em>Core Fire: Awaken \u2022 Generate \u2022 Revitalize<\/em> and <em>Psychoalchemy<\/em>), we do not share your application data with the Sponsor.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\nHow long we retain your data<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe application form data you submit is stored in a database on this server and a password-protected spreadsheet on Google Drive indefinitely.<br \/>\nIf you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\nWhat rights you have over your data<\/h2>\n<p>\nYou can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Use the Contact form to do this.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\nWhere we send your data<\/h2>\n<p>\nWhen you submit an application or contact form, the server sends you a confirmation email and sends your data to the Scholarship Team.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\nYour contact information<\/h2>\n<p>\nWe deliberately restrict the amount of contact information we collect from you to exclude, for example, your full birth date and street address. We collect your city, state\/province and country, as well as your phone number and email address.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\nAdditional information<\/h2>\n<p>\nThis website automatically determines your IP address. We might use that IP address to confirm that you were actually the one submitting a form. In the event of an approach by a hostile party, we use their IP address to block further attempts to access the site.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\nHow we protect your data<\/h2>\n<p>\nThis website is protected by several security features, details of which are available on request to moderator@arica.org. At the Scholarship Team, your data is posted to a password-protected spreadsheet in Google Drive.
