1  CONTRACTING PARTIES\r\n<\/p>\r\n

A legal agreement, the Sponsor License Agreement, will be entered into between Arica Institute and a Sponsor with a duly constituted incorporated or unincorporated business entity under the laws of the locality, state and country in which it does business, which may be registered as a DBA, Sole Proprietor, Limited Liability Company (LLC), Partnership, Corporation, Nonprofit, or equivalent, such as a personal practice legally recognized in your locale. The Institute reserves the right not to enter into a Sponsorship agreement with or without cause.<\/p>\r\n

2  LOCATION<\/p>\r\n

Sponsors need to be securely situated in or near communities where there is a likelihood of substantial participation in Arica®<\/sup><\/small> programs. It is understood, however, that many Sponsors offering residential trainings or online presentations may be operating with different parameters. <\/p>\r\n

If you are considering becoming a Sponsor in proximity to the existing geographical location or area of activity of an existing Sponsor, you must process in advance with that Sponsor how you are going to cooperate and coordinate to avoid contradictions in scheduling, locations, target audience, marketing, etc.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

3  STATUS IN THE ARICA SCHOOL®<\/sup><\/small><\/p>\r\n

The principal(s) must be dues-paid Members of Arica Institute in good standing, and active in the Work of the School.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

4  REQUIREMENT FOR CERTIFIED PROFACTORS<\/p>\r\n

Sponsors are required to use Profactors certified for the training being presented. For the most current list, search Profactors by ‘Name’ or by ‘Training’ in the Sponsors Section of the Arica Members Website or contact TASCC@arica.org for assistance. <\/p>\r\n

5  INFORMATION FOR SPONSOR APPLICANTS<\/p>\r\n

The first step is to send TASCC the name you propose using for your sponsorship. TASCC will confirm if the name you have chosen is approved before you submit your Sponsor Application Form. There may be an in-person meeting with TASCC member(s) as part of the application process.\r\n<\/p>\r\n

Both the Trainings and Sponsors Coordinating Committee (TASCC) and the Arica Institute (AI) will receive your submission.<\/p>\r\n

TASCC and the AI Board of Directors will review your proposal, and if your application is approved, you will be sent a copy of the Sponsor License Agreement for your signature.<\/p>\r\n

6  THE LEGAL AGREEMENT<\/p>\r\n

The AI Sponsor License Agreement (SLA) is a legal agreement between the Arica Institute, and\/or The Oscar Ichazo Foundation (OIF), and\/or Author\/Owner, and the individual or business entity licensed as a presenter of Arica trainings. It specifies the Sponsor requirements and obligations.<\/p>\r\n

The principal(s) of the Sponsorship must read the Sponsor License Agreement carefully to make certain that they understand all the terms and conditions and that they agree to uphold them at all times.<\/p>\r\n

The principal(s) will sign the SLA. There is a fee of $1.00 involved in the contract signing stage of the SLA.<\/p>\r\n

Upon Sponsor application approval, you will provide AI with a copy of your business license, supporting documentation, Sponsorship website URL, and Sponsorship contact email and telephone number.<\/p>\r\n

When the business license has been received and the SLA has been signed by the principal(s) of the Sponsorship and AI, your Sponsorship is legally in effect. <\/p>\r\n
